From our centre in Urmston, we provide supportive tutoring and Alternative Provision for children and young people across Trafford and Manchester. We help learners build confidence, strengthen their skills and make progress in a way that works for them. Whether your child needs ongoing tuition, preparation for an upcoming exam or a different approach to education, we’re here to help you find the right support.
A little about us
Learning that goes beyond the classroom
Founded by Jessica and now run alongside her sister Melissa, Beyond Education has grown from a small tutoring business into an established education organisation. Over the years, we’ve developed our approach around understanding each child’s individual needs and finding ways to make learning work for them.
We believe every child deserves to feel supported, understood and confident in their learning. By getting to know each learner, we can build on their strengths, develop strong foundations and help them make progress.

Free Assessment & Advice Service
Finding the right support starts with understanding your child.
Our free assessment and advice service gives us the opportunity to understand where your child is currently at, what they may need help with and what support could work best for them. We can then recommend a suitable starting point based on their individual needs.
Bring any questions or concerns you have about your child’s learning, whether it’s schoolwork, confidence or upcoming exams. We’ll talk you through your options and explain everything you need to know, so you can feel confident about the next step.
EnquirePrimary pupils can start with a free assessment. For secondary pupils, ask about a free KS3 or GCSE group taster.
Trafford & the North West
Alternative Provision
Sometimes, learning needs to look a little different.
Our approved Alternative Provision supports children and young people who need education outside their usual school setting. Based in Urmston, we work with families, schools and local authorities across Trafford, Manchester and the wider North West.
We take the time to understand each young person, their needs and what matters to them. From academic learning to practical activities and life skills, we can create a supportive approach that helps each young person make progress and take their next steps.
