Booking & website terms
A website enquiry starts a conversation. It does not automatically reserve a session, confirm funding or enter a contract for a particular programme. Staff explain the proposed support and provide the applicable arrangements before a booking is agreed.
Discuss your bookingConfirm the service and arrangements
Check the subject or programme, session format, dates, times and fees with the office. A request for a free primary assessment is different from a request for a secondary group taster. A mock exam booking is separate from registration for an official school entrance test.
For AP, suitability, timetable, funding authorisation and responsibilities need agreement with the relevant people. An initial discussion or visit does not confirm a place or establish an entitlement to funding. Ask for clarification if you are unsure what has been agreed.
Regular tuition subscriptions
The general booklet describes tuition fees based on 50 teaching weeks spread across 12 monthly payments. Bookings are with Beyond Education rather than a guaranteed named tutor. The office handles session changes and cancellation requests.
The booklet describes charges despite absence, limited opportunities to rearrange individual sessions with at least seven days' notice, and one month's notice to end a subscription. Ask staff for the current full terms that apply to your booking, including payment dates, late collection and any other charges.
This website summary does not replace the agreement supplied for your service or restrict statutory rights. The client must approve the final business terms before launch. If a situation is not covered clearly, contact the office before assuming a particular refund, change or cancellation arrangement applies.
Information, images and external sources
Service availability and admissions arrangements can change. The website points to official sources where schools or public bodies set the requirements. Parents and referrers should check those current sources for decisions such as test registration and school admissions.
Photographs marked illustrative are temporary images used to show the review design. They do not depict actual Beyond Education pupils, staff or premises. Named staff photographs taken from the supplied brochure are presented separately with their relevant names and roles.
Public review excerpts describe individual experiences. They do not guarantee an examination result, admission or a particular outcome for another learner. Contact the team to discuss the support appropriate to your own circumstances.
Your questions, answered.
Does pressing an enquiry button make a booking?
No. Staff must discuss and confirm the proposed arrangement. Please wait for confirmation of the session, time and any fee before attending or making related plans.
Where do I find the full terms for my service?
Ask the office for the current terms supplied with that booking or placement. General tuition, a separate mock event and an AP arrangement may involve different details. The relevant agreement should be clear before you commit.
Do these summaries remove consumer rights?
No. A summary of booking arrangements does not override statutory rights. If a term or its application is unclear, contact the office for an explanation and seek independent advice where appropriate.
Ask before you confirm
The office can explain the arrangements relevant to your proposed booking or placement.
