Privacy information
This review-stage notice explains the website's current approach and the information needed for an initial enquiry. Beyond Education's final service privacy notice must be approved before the business website launches or live enquiry delivery is enabled.
Contact Beyond EducationWho to contact
Contact Beyond Education Tutoring Ltd at enquiries@beyondeducationtutoring.com or 07951 665435 with a privacy question. The business address is 171, 173 & 175 Broadway, Urmston, Manchester, M41 7NW. Explain the request without including more personal information than is needed.
This website is intended to start a conversation about education services. It is not a pupil-record system, a place to upload an EHCP or a secure channel for medical and safeguarding documents. Staff will explain an appropriate exchange route if detailed records are needed.
Information in an initial enquiry
The enquiry interface asks for adult contact details, enquiry type, relevant year group or service, availability and a short message. Professional enquiries also ask for organisation and role. These details help the team direct the enquiry and discuss the support being sought.
Please do not include a child's full name, date of birth, medical history or confidential school records in a first message. Do not send passwords, bank-login information or copies of identity documents. Providing a brief outline allows staff to decide what information is actually needed next.
Before live submission is enabled, Beyond Education must approve the purpose and lawful basis for processing, the receiving inboxes, email providers, retention periods, any international-transfer arrangements and the relevant privacy rights process. This review site does not claim those business decisions have already been approved.
Website services and external links
The current review website does not load an advertising pixel, analytics tracker, embedded map or live social-review widget. Fonts and illustrative photographs are served as website assets. Basic hosting and security operations may still process technical connection information needed to deliver the page.
Links to Facebook, Trustpilot, WhatsApp, Google Maps and official information sources take you to other services. Their own privacy information applies when you choose to use them. Clicking an email link opens your email application; it does not submit a form on this website.
If additional services are enabled before launch, this notice and the cookie information must be updated to describe the actual setup. Optional tracking or embeds should follow the consent choices described at that time.
Questions about your personal information
You can ask the business about personal information it holds about you and raise a request to correct or handle it appropriately. The rights that apply depend on the processing and circumstances. Contact the office first so it can identify the request and respond through a suitable route.
The Information Commissioner's Office provides information about data protection rights and complaints. The final approved business notice should explain the applicable rights, retention and complaint arrangements in full, including information about any pupil or recruitment records handled outside this website.
Your questions, answered.
Can I send an EHCP through the enquiry form?
Please do not. Use the initial enquiry to provide adult contact details and a brief outline. Staff can arrange a suitable way to share a document if it is needed for the next stage.
Does this site automatically load Facebook or Trustpilot?
No. The current review excerpts are rendered locally and link to their original sources. A live third-party widget would require a separate configuration and an updated privacy and consent description.
Where do I raise a privacy concern?
Email or phone Beyond Education using the contact details above. Explain the nature of the concern without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. The ICO website also provides independent information about rights and complaints.
Have a privacy question?
Contact the office so your question can be directed to the appropriate person.
