If you are worried about a child’s safety, use the safeguarding contacts straight away. A concern about learning, communication or a service can be raised through the complaints route. You do not need to decide which policy applies before asking for help.
Check the service a document covers: some arrangements apply to all children attending the centre, while others concern an Alternative Provision placement. Your agreed timetable and placement arrangements should be read alongside the relevant policies.
If a review date has passed, ask the office whether a newer version is available. If you need help reading a document or would like an alternative format, contact us. Confidential pupil information and individual staff records are not public downloads.
No. A summary helps you find the relevant information. The approved document contains the procedure, responsibilities and scope. During website review, documents awaiting approval are labelled and no draft policy download is presented as final.
Yes. Contact the office and explain which service you are considering and the information you need. Schools and local authorities can also identify the evidence required for their commissioning checks.
Call or email the office and tell us the document name and the format or support that would help. You can discuss a concern by phone without completing a website form.
Use the safeguarding page for the direct contact routes. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. Do not wait for a website enquiry or ordinary complaint to be answered.
Tell the office which service or document your question concerns.
