The current review site is designed to work without advertising cookies or optional analytics. It shows review excerpts locally and provides links to other services, rather than automatically loading their widgets.

No analytics, advertising pixel, embedded map or Elfsight review widget is enabled in this version. The website's own interface does not set an optional cookie merely to let you navigate, read FAQs or browse the service pages.
The hosting platform may use its own technical mechanisms for delivery and security. Any account or access controls introduced for a protected review or staff editing area need to be described in the relevant service information. This page should be reviewed against the final deployed setup before the business launch.
Saving and changing your choice
When optional services are enabled and you save a choice, the website stores it in your browser for up to 180 days. This preference is used to remember which services you allowed. You can change it sooner through Privacy settings in the footer. Your choice applies to that browser and device.
If configured and accepted, Google Analytics records page visits and actions such as an enquiry being sent, a phone-link click or a brochure download. Our own analytics events do not include form answers, contact details or URL query strings. Live reviews are supplied by Elfsight and may involve its own cookies and connections to external services.
Withdrawing a saved permission reloads the page so the optional service stops loading. The website also clears its Google Analytics cookies when analytics permission is withdrawn. Cookies already stored by external services may need to be managed through your browser or those services. The final notice will identify the enabled providers and their applicable privacy information.
Links are different from embedded services
The Facebook and Trustpilot links let you read the original review source when you choose. The WhatsApp link opens that service, and directions open Google Maps. Those external services control their own cookies and privacy practices after you visit them.
The Privacy settings button in the footer shows which optional services are enabled. If visitor analytics or live reviews are available, you can accept or reject them separately. Both stay off until you choose to allow them. Selected review excerpts and the rest of the website remain available if you decline.
Your questions, answered.
Why is there no advertising-cookie banner?
No optional analytics or live review widget is enabled on the review site. If these services are enabled for the business website, a choice banner appears with accept, reject and individual settings. You can reopen those settings from the footer.
Will opening a review link take me to another website?
Yes. The original-source links open Facebook or Trustpilot. Those platforms may ask you to log in or make their own privacy choices. Their policies apply to your use of those services.
Can I ask about the final cookie setup?
Yes. Contact the office with a website privacy question. This review-stage information will need to match any services configured for the final business website, including optional analytics or review widgets.
